Intro To Self-Defense Class: Empowerment Through Knowledge!

Ever wondered what you would do if you were threatened? Or pushed to the ground? There are basic skills you can learn to help protect yourself in a dangerous situation.

This energetic and fun three-week class will introduce you to practical and effective self defense techniques for a variety of scenarios, including escaping from the ground. No previous experience is necessary and you will learn in a safe, supported environment!


ABOUT LISA:

Certified as a Complete Self-Defense System instructor in 2014, Lisa Fougere has been teaching self-defense to adolescents and adults for over 5 years. She has trained in martial arts for 10 years, and received her black belt in Dion Riccardo’s Striking system in 2016. She lives with her family in Oak Park, IL, and believes Self-Defense is for everyone.

COST:

$90 per person / $75 for Intercept MMA members

Cash / Check / Venmo only accepted forms of payments
